The great pumpkin

The leaves are falling, the weather is cold, and autumn is here. Today was the perfect day for our annual trip to the pumpkin patch! Texas is a pro at picking out pumpkins and he wasted no time filing our wheel barrow with lots of his favorites. Then we visited the petting zoo and went on an exciting hay ride. Grandma and Grand-Daddee came, too. By the end of the day, Texas was ready for bed in his new spooky pajammies.

The Great Pumpkin

Texas went to the pumpkin patch in search of the perfect pumpkin. After inspecting each one, visiting with the animals, and enjoying a hay ride throughout the entire farm, the perfect pumpkin was found. We are now ready for Halloween. Here are some pictures of that day.

At the pumpkin patch

We took Texas to the pumpkin patch today. We saw a llama there and also a corn maze. Texas picked out his own pint-sized pumpkin. He also wanted to eat the hay. Dodo Jon is in town, which made everything even more fun.
