Take me out to the ball game

Texas went to his first baseball game with Sofia, Hannah, Jacob, Ainsley, Helen, and Jacob. The Padres beat the pants off the Washington Nationals. We sat in the bleacher seats just next to the scoreboard. There was plenty of room for all the kids to run around. Texas enjoyed playing on the beach with all of the sand toys. He also liked running around on the grass, jumping through the playground, and watching the older boys and girls playing their own game of baseball in the junior diamond. He tried to eat a hot dog, but got more bun than dog. The cotton candy was a favorite. Overall, it was a great time. He can't wait to go to another game with PawZ and Auntee DeeDee Danielle. Go Padres! Go Mets, too!

Sofia enjoyed the game, too.

Texas + Mommy

The only thing I love more than cookies is mommy. Happy mother's day to my mommy, and also to my grandmas, my godmother, my fairy godmother, my aunties, my nannies, and all the other mommies out there!

From,
Tex

May the Force be with you!

Tex's cousin Benjamin held a special Jedi training at his birthday party today. Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader were there. The young Paduans, including Master Texas-Yoda, learned how to defend themselves with a light saber, how to use a "force push" on siths and other empire representatives, and how to use the Force in general to thwart the dark side. We all had a great time.
