Happy 2009!

We've been so busy these past few weeks with Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas and Daddy's birthday that we almost forgot about New Year's. Texas was in bed by 7pm, but Mommy and Daddy stayed up until 1am playing Guitar Hero World Tour with our neighbors, the Mauriellos. The next day we had brunch at our house with Grandma Star and Granddaddee, then we all went to the zoo. Here are a few pictures.

At the Zoo!

Charlie, Susan, and Alex came to town for a visit from Santa Cruz. They saw all of San Diego in just four short days. Their favorite was Sea World. We all went to the Zoo together and had a great time in the petting zoo and the reptile house. Texas loves those goats! He also loves little Alex (he goes for older girls) and he can't wait for her to come back to San Diego.

This was our first visit to the world famous San Diego Zoo. Grandma Star took us to see all the animals. My favorite was the sea otters. They looked like swimming cats! I also liked petting the goats.
