Oh my God, why is he so cute?! I think this says a lot about Texas - he just wants to be clean! Or else perhaps he's going to grow up to be a pro-basketball player? He certainly makes a basket every time. I think you should save this video forever in case he gets into politics someday! "From an early age, Texas Fogerty knew he had a public duty to keep our streets clean!"
